Waste Sorting in the Regions of the Czech Republic

In the Region of Pardubice people can sort paper, plastics, glass, beverage cartons (the yellow containers are used for beverage cartons together with plastics), metals and, further, hazardous components of municipal waste, organic waste, bulky waste and WEEE. Collection of colourless glass into the separate containers has been resumed there since 2005.
For the separation of municipal waste in the Region of Pardubice are used two ways of collecting, collecting waste in bins/containers and collecting waste in bags.
